Location: 40 km from Marrakech, Route Amizmiz , Morocco
We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at our hotel located 40 km from Marrakech.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a hotel reception/front office position
Excellent communication skills in French and English
A warm, welcoming and professional attitude towards guests
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle guest requests and questions with confidence
Excellent telephone and email communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to coordinate effectively with all hotel departments
A proactive, flexible and team-oriented approach
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.What We Offer
